This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create prospect lists, establish key contacts, and implement cold outreach in collaboration with the Marketing team to penetrate essential market segments.

• Engage with prospective and current clients to comprehend their business challenges and align our offerings with their technical and strategic requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to devise and deliver customized solutions through a consultative sales approach.

• Formulate compelling value propositions that lead to successful proposals and enduring partnerships.

• Proven track record in developing, negotiating, and finalizing sales contracts that meet company revenue and growth objectives.

• Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, peers, and leadership.

• Assist in trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and expand the sales pipeline.

• Evaluate market, technology, and industry trends across target sectors to uncover new opportunities.

• Oversee and sustain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business development and sales positions within engineering design services organizations.

• Strong foundation in solution-based selling.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Broad knowledge of various engineering disciplines.

• Ability to interpret client needs, technical specifications, and industry standards.

• Proven success in developing, negotiating, and closing sales contracts.

• Outstanding communication, persuasion, writing, and presentation skills.

• Experience with global delivery models, including offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams is preferred.

• High energy, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic and accountability.

• Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable.

• Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong team orientation.
