This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serves as the main contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications regarding submissions.
• Performs comprehensive administrative reviews of submissions, coordinating with study and site personnel to resolve any missing information or issues to ensure timely completion.
• Records and complies with client requirements, including organizational and protocol notes.
• Offers proactive assistance to the team by helping with task reassignments and managing documentation for foreign language translations.
• Maintains a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, working together with the quality control team to reduce errors.
• Guarantees timely completion of tasks within expected turnaround times and responds to customer inquiries promptly within 24 hours.
• Elevates customer or timeline issues to direct supervisors as necessary and engages in process improvement initiatives.
• Participates in conferences and workshops, and completes assigned training promptly.
• Processes various items starting from MODs with minimal ICF impact, advancing to MODs with greater ICF impact, and managing PROs/SSUs/clients upon promotion to CSC II.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or office environment (preferably within a regulated industry) is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office Suite with a focus on Word and Outlook.
