This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Evaluate marketing materials against a defined set of guidelines and brand standards, log results into the database, and relay the outcomes of the review to advertisers.
• Collaborate with various clients and customers (mainly through phone, chat, and email) to grasp their marketing requirements.
• Keep precise records of profiles and communications, with proactive acknowledgment and reporting linked to the support and actions provided.
• Guide customers and advertising partners in developing and submitting content that enhances their brand and complies with program documentation.
• Gain expertise in complex guidelines and implement them across diverse scenarios.
• Engage in team collaboration through sharing ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of one or multiple programs and products.
• Offer continuous feedback, both within the team and by proactively updating customers on status and recommendations.
• Conduct functionality checks on websites.
• Carry out quality control assessments to ensure precision and adherence to program guidelines.
• Direct and escalate insights and risks to the appropriate resources or supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience in marketing or advertising (entry-level).
• Preferred experience in remote work and demonstrated capability to work independently.
