This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Facilitate post-sales customer communication for the fulfillment of orders related to print services and kitting.
• Execute orders for printing, kitting, and distribution that are received through online systems or via direct customer engagement.
• Act as the primary service professional for customers and internal RRD stakeholders, which includes participating in or leading client meetings and business reviews.
• Assist sales and customers by addressing inquiries and requests.
• Manage customer issues and concerns, including dispute resolution and invoice reconciliation.
• Provide proof of delivery and updates on order status.
• Collect job requirements and convert them into instructions for manufacturing, kitting, shipping, and postal processes.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, and job aids.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and processes.
• Review work for accuracy prior to production.
• Process orders and modifications, secure delivery commitments and special freight quotes, and confirm job instructions, pricing, and quotes.
• Conduct pricing and generate quotes.
• Verify compositions or prepare copy for production.
• Maintain client inventory items and generate and analyze reports.
• Coordinate corrections and modifications during the work in progress.
• Train and mentor client care personnel.
• Lead the corrective action processes, investigate root causes, and implement enhancements.
• Set up new items and manage existing inventories.
• Serve as a communication link between external customers and internal departments.
• Engage in special projects and carry out related duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over 3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience in manufacturing operations or an office environment directly related to the responsibilities of the role.
• Additional educational certifications may be beneficial.
• Strong understanding of relevant functional areas or proficient knowledge in a professional field.
• Ability to consistently apply relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.
• Capability to supervise junior-level staff and/or review and audit work for precision.
• Advanced proficiency in computers and software applications, including MS Office or Mac word processing, spreadsheets, and job-specific programs.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adjust to business requirements.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
