This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver precise, timely, and cost-efficient services to mutual funds and clients.
• Collaborate closely with outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct research and furnish information regarding operational processes.
• Prepare policies and testing procedures that comply with industry benchmarks.
• Partner with management in Mutual Fund Services.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 certification is required within six months of employment.
• Experience in mutual funds and knowledge of transfer agency service providers is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficient in general office software, including Word and Excel.
