Client Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Timely respond to all client inquiries received via email and/or phone queue.

• Address issues and escalate as necessary; work with relevant departments and colleagues to ensure swift and accurate problem resolution.

• Proactively monitor assignment deadlines, ensuring completion of all tasks on schedule and promptly communicating any potential delays to stakeholders.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships while providing support to our trusted partners (reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, etc.) and all other external vendors, treating them as valued extensions of our team.

• Communicate updates or changes to orders promptly and accurately to partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of services.

• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Familiarity with court reporting or legal services is a significant advantage.
