Client Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Timely respond to all client inquiries received through email and/or phone queue.

• Address issues and/or escalate when necessary; work collaboratively with relevant departments and/or colleagues to ensure swift and accurate resolutions.

• Actively monitor assignment deadlines, guaranteeing that all tasks are completed promptly and any potential delays are communicated to stakeholders without delay.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with and provide support to our trusted partners (reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, etc.) and all other external vendors as needed, treating them as valued extensions of our team.

• Quickly and accurately communicate any updates or changes to orders to partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of services.

• Excels under pressure and enjoys solving complex problems.

• Capable of gracefully juggling timelines, priorities, and multiple clients simultaneously.

• A proactive attitude – if a problem arises, you are already working on a solution.

• Comfortable with technology, including proprietary software.

• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong follow-up etiquette.

• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Experience or familiarity with court reporting or legal services is a significant advantage.
