This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Convert complex data into actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions and achieve measurable results.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to provide integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Remain updated on trends in [retail, CPG, or general merchandise] to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Employ Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to enhance client engagements and solution delivery.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or surpass individual and team sales objectives through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
• Support Innovation and Feedback: Offer market insights to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a market research or client service role, with practical exposure to consumer and/or POS data.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with a proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ease in engaging clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative, insight-led approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to engage clients in a consultative manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with Circana’s BookScan and Unify+ is preferred.
