This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.
• Managing key client relationships.
• Ensuring exceptional client service and delivery.
• Driving projects aimed at enhancing product efficiency.
• Leading various business-related initiatives.
• Overseeing daily operations and reporting on delivery.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with Corporate Trust clients.
• Reviewing and approving new client relationships.
• Providing quality service tailored to client needs.
• Identifying business risks and operational challenges.
• Coordinating the development and execution of operational changes.
• Potentially responsible for achieving specific revenue, new business, and expense objectives.
• Managing staff, including hiring and training new employees.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Trust or a similar domain.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Prior leadership experience is necessary.
• Advanced understanding of general banking operations.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• May involve up to 25% travel.
