• Managing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding customer support

• Addressing emails and phone calls while resolving client issues

• Aiding with travel arrangements and reservations

• Guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction

• Collaborating closely with the finance team to process payments, offer budgeting support, and oversee invoices

• Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service

• Expertise in Customer Support and Communication

• Fundamental understanding of Finance and associated processes

• Demonstrated capability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions concurrently

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach

• Experience in the travel or hospitality sector is an advantage
