This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Participate in daily discussions addressing requests in both Spanish and English.
• Handle challenging or sensitive situations with customers effectively.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and seek feedback to enhance service quality.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all service offerings from Symphonic Distribution to elevate support performance.
• Recommend solutions to clients and guide them in mastering the system.
• Assist with individual tasks or requests as delegated by management.
• Provide insights and suggestions for the continuous improvement of Client Relations processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, HTML, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or equivalent Google Apps.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading in both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred).
• Experience in troubleshooting system issues or managing customer service inquiries (preferred).
