This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee all initial interactions with clients through various channels including email, phone calls, chat, etc.
• Develop and sustain detailed client profiles within the CRM system.
• Assess inbound leads by evaluating client backgrounds, preferences, and requirements.
• Delegate high-value and appropriate leads to Client Relations Directors.
• Assist the team through every phase of the deal-closing process.
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and proper tracking of data in the CRM system.
• Monitor and analyze lead sources to aid in marketing insights and upcoming initiatives.
• Compile documents and conduct necessary research to fulfill client needs.
• Create PAC (Pricing and Availability Check) templates tailored to client specifications.
• Contact property owners and managers to verify availability, pricing, and conditions.
• Aid in drafting proposals based on provided guidelines.
• Submit proposals for review and approval from the Team Lead and/or Director.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the Client Relations Director – Operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hotel, travel, concierge, and executive support.
• Experience working with luxury or high-net-worth clients is preferred but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and other organizational tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in customer service principles and best practices.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve work objectives and values the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others.
• Maintains high performance standards and takes responsibility and accountability for tasks.
• Competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €1,200 to €1,400.
