This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Deliver executive leadership and strategic collaboration with client executive stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Facilitate and lead strategic design workshops during the kickoff and design phases of projects.
• Convert client requirements into actionable Statements of Work and formal contracts.
• Develop and manage project documentation, which encompasses budget and finance reports, risk registers, staff utilization logs, and project status updates.
• Hold ultimate sign-off authority for architecture artifacts, user stories, sprints, final scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that solution engineers can execute designs efficiently.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Professional Services to support pre-sales initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for expanding Iron Mountain solutions.
• Manage project profit and losses to safeguard commercial margins.
• Set up and implement OCR and Intelligent Document Processing solutions utilizing cloud AI services.
• Incorporate Large Language Models into document processing workflows to enhance extraction accuracy, manage complex layouts, and produce structured JSON/XML outputs.
• Design, train, and validate comprehensive IDP workflows, including data labeling, model training, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop evaluation.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in consultancy or as a professional services leader.
• A demonstrated history of successfully delivering digital projects.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in implementing Enterprise Content Management platforms.
• Familiarity with advanced workflows and agile methodologies.
• Strong financial skills to manage resource P&Ls effectively.
• Capability to draft business cases that illustrate return on investment.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT architectures and cloud technologies.
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Skills in client-facing documentation.
• Experience in configuring and deploying OCR and Intelligent Document Processing solutions via AWS Textract, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, or similar cloud AI services.
• Experience in integrating Large Language Models like OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar open-source alternatives into document processing systems.
• Familiarity with generating structured JSON/XML outputs.
• Proficiency in designing, training, and validating complete IDP workflows.
• Experience with data labeling, model training, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop reviews.
