Client Principal – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate strategic design workshops during the kickoff and design phases to convert client requirements into actionable Statements of Work and formal contracts.

• Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including budget and finance reports, risk registers, staff utilization logs, and project status updates.

• Assume responsibility for the final approval of architecture artifacts, user stories, sprints, final scope, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that solution engineers can effectively implement design plans.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Professional Services to support pre-sales efforts, uncover expansion possibilities for Iron Mountain solutions, and manage project Profit and Loss statements to safeguard commercial margins.

• Possess hands-on experience in configuring and deploying OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using cloud AI services such as AWS Textract, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, or similar technologies.

• Have experience in integrating Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or open-source alternatives) into document processing workflows to improve extraction accuracy, manage complex layouts, and produce structured outputs (JSON/XML).

• Demonstrate experience in designing, training, and validating comprehensive IDP workflows, which include data labeling, model training, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a consultant or lead in professional services, showcasing a proven track record of delivering successful digital projects.

• At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Enterprise Content Management platforms, advanced workflows, and agile methodologies.

• Strong financial understanding to manage resource Profit and Loss statements, formulate business cases that illustrate ROI, and maintain a comprehensive grasp of enterprise IT architectures and cloud technologies.

• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and client-facing documentation abilities utilized to foster collaboration among complex internal and external stakeholders.
