Client Platform Engineer, III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Security team to implement new initiatives aimed at enhancing fleet security.

• Provide prompt and effective technical solutions to scale endpoint management.

• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual processes.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create processes and generate ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in administering an Enterprise MDM/EMM/UEM platform (such as Mosyle, Intune, Workspace ONE, SimpleMDM, etc.).

• More than 3 years of experience managing macOS with tools like Munki, Santa, and osquery.

• At least 3 years of experience in programming languages including Bash, Python, Swift, and GoLang.

• Strong background in deploying and managing Conditional Access / Device Trust policies (Okta / Google).

• Experience in rolling out or managing a mobile BYOD program (Apple User Enrollment / Android Work Profile).

• Proficient in using CI/CD for client engineering processes.

• Experience in utilizing APIs for automation purposes.

• Preferred qualifications include managing Linux, Windows, iOS, ChromeOS, and Android endpoints, experience with configuration/infrastructure as code, working with open source tools, and collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.
