This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main post-sale contact for significant client stakeholders, managing the relationship from the initiation phase through successful implementation.
• Handle multiple client engagements concurrently, prioritizing tasks across accounts while maintaining quality and momentum.
• Facilitate client calls, executive meetings, and kickoff sessions - establishing the agenda, driving decision-making, and sustaining momentum.
• Advocate for the client's viewpoint within the company - translating feedback into actionable product insights and collaborating directly with Titan's product and engineering teams to influence roadmap strategies and foster ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Titan's Forward Deployed Engineers as the strategic lead for clients throughout the entire delivery process.
• Identify and investigate potential high-value use cases and opportunities for growth in partnership with senior client stakeholders.
• Conduct enablement sessions for users and key stakeholders, enhancing AI literacy and fostering advocacy for sustained adoption.
• Oversee project management of platform onboarding, implementation milestones, and priorities - monitoring progress, highlighting risks, and ensuring engagements remain on track.
• Create and uphold project plans, status updates, and escalation pathways for client stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from start to finish.
• Strong executive presence - capable of leading executive meetings, navigating organizational dynamics, and representing Titan at the leadership level.
• Experience in product or program management; able to conceptualize in terms of milestones, responsibilities, and outcomes.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
• High agency and a strong sense of ownership - you recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Experience in banking or fintech is essential.
