This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the financial success of the program, enabling NCRV to achieve measurable business value and fulfill the program's established objectives.

• Ensures ongoing alignment of program scope with strategic business goals and suggests modifications to enhance program effectiveness towards achieving desired business outcomes or strategic aims.

• Oversees the work and priorities of team members, including project managers, subject matter experts, consultants, and other members of the PS team, while providing mentorship.

• Focused on expanding business opportunities for the customer.

• Responsible and accountable for the integrated management of multiple interconnected projects simultaneously for a single client.

• Takes initiative and drives each assigned project to successful completion.

• Evaluates and monitors project challenges and risks; formulates suitable mitigation strategies.

• Defines and launches projects, designating project managers to oversee cost, schedule, and performance of individual projects.

• Promotes the adoption of AI in program management.

• Holds team leadership and reporting responsibilities for several full-time employees within a single customer account.
