Client Operations Manager – Architecture, Engineering & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for designated client projects and programs.

• Oversee daily project execution, coordination, and client interactions.

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and ensure alignment with client milestones.

• Lead MEP/BIM coordination efforts across various disciplines utilizing ACC, Navisworks, or comparable tools.

• Convert client requirements and design intentions into clear guidance for offshore teams.

• Direct onboarding, project setup, and workflow integration (Revit, BIM 360/ACC).

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among architecture, MEP, and VDC teams.

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to client standards, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.

• Conduct regular project assessments with client stakeholders, offering updates on progress, risks, and subsequent steps.

• Proactively identify risks, coordination challenges, and delivery obstacles, and drive solutions.

• Assist in managing scope, changes, and evolving client requirements.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of standards, workflows, and delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture and/or MEP); practical knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.

• Experience with VDC workflows, including model coordination and clash detection.

• Solid grasp of construction documentation and design processes.

• Demonstrated project management skills (scheduling, tracking, coordination, client-facing delivery).

• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud environments.

• Ability to manage client expectations while collaborating with internal delivery teams.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and client stakeholders.

• Experience working with or coordinating offshore delivery teams is preferred.
