This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for new accounts right after the sale is finalized; introduce the onboarding roadmap and set clear expectations.

• Collaborate with clients to gather essential content, images, and brand guidelines needed for their AI website development.

• Work in close coordination with the technical build team to ensure the project remains on track and aligns with the client's vision.

• Conduct professional video walkthroughs of the finished website, managing revisions and securing final approval.

• Oversee the final collection of payments and ensure that billing accounts are set up correctly.

• Keep detailed, real-time updates in the CRM to guarantee that the entire team has visibility into the project's status.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English

• Near-native level of spoken, written, and comprehension English. You should be comfortable and articulate during live video calls with US clients.

• Technical Skills

• Familiarity with SaaS tools, CRMs, and a quick adaptability to AI-driven website platforms.

• Project Management Abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple client timelines concurrently without losing track of details.

• Professional Conduct

• A high level of emotional intelligence and the capability to engage with high-value customers effectively.

• Necessary Equipment

• To uphold our standard of professional service, you must possess:

• - A high-speed, stable internet connection with backup options

• - A professional noise-cancelling headset capable of eliminating background noise during client calls

• - A high-definition (1080p) web camera for professional video conferencing

• - A quiet, dedicated home office environment
