This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Facilitate onboarding meetings with new clients through Zoom.
• Assist clients in completing the intake process and onboarding documentation.
• Collect client requirements and relay essential information to the internal team.
• Clearly communicate AI solutions, processes, and expectations in a manner that is easily understandable for clients.
• Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase.
• Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their onboarding journey.
• Keep precise records of client information and onboarding details in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
• Follow up with clients to collect necessary information and keep the onboarding process on track.
• Provide assistance with customer support inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with clients as required.
• Acquire and retain a foundational understanding of the company's AI solutions and services.
• Carry out additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in intake, onboarding, customer service, or a client-facing position.
• Capable of conducting professional Zoom meetings independently.
• Tech-savvy with the capacity to explain technology-related concepts to clients.
• Comfortable discussing AI tools and technologies.
• Highly organized, reliable, and professional.
• Experience or knowledge of AI tools and technologies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Quick to learn new systems, software, and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (spreadsheets, document management).
• Creative thinker, adaptable, dependable, self-motivated, and confident.
• Positive attitude with the ability to learn and adjust quickly.
• Capable of understanding and accurately following established processes with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adjust to business needs.
