This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take full ownership of revenue tracking from start to finish for designated clients or business units.
• Ensure that revenue is recorded accurately, supported, and aligned with contracts and purchase orders.
• Reconcile revenue data to ensure completeness and uphold financial integrity.
• Monitor work in progress (WIP), identify unbilled tasks, and manage outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with billing and operations teams to facilitate prompt invoicing.
• Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing processes by providing audit-ready financial data.
• Maintain and enhance revenue tracking tools and processes.
• Prepare reporting packages and financial control documentation.
• Work together with leadership on revenue forecasting and validation efforts.
• Proactively identify risks, discrepancies, and gaps in processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and revenue recognition standards.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations.
• Practical experience in revenue tracking, work in progress management, billing, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Comfortable working in collaboration with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, billing).
• Experience in SOX-controlled environments and knowledge of internal controls is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) is a plus.
