Client Finance Coordinator – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive revenue tracking for designated clients or business units.

• Ensure that revenue is recorded accurately and is consistent with contracts and purchase orders.

• Reconcile revenue data to ensure thoroughness and financial accuracy.

• Oversee work in progress, pinpoint unbilled efforts, and manage overdue balances.

• Collaborate with billing and operations teams to guarantee prompt invoicing.

• Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing processes by providing audit-ready financial data.

• Maintain and enhance revenue tracking tools and procedures.

• Create reporting packages and financial control documentation.

• Work alongside leadership on revenue forecasting and validation efforts.

• Proactively identify risks, discrepancies, and gaps in processes.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and revenue recognition standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations.

• Practical experience in revenue tracking, work in progress management, billing, and financial reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, billing).

• Experience in SOX-controlled environments and knowledge of internal controls is a plus.

• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) is an advantage.
