This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Take full responsibility for comprehensive revenue monitoring across designated clients or business units.
• Ensure that revenue is accurately documented, substantiated, and aligned with contracts and purchase orders.
• Reconcile revenue information to ensure completeness and uphold financial integrity.
• Oversee work in progress (WIP), pinpoint unbilled services, and manage aging balances effectively.
• Collaborate with billing and operations teams to guarantee prompt invoicing.
• Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing processes by providing audit-ready financial data.
• Enhance and maintain revenue tracking tools and methodologies.
• Create reporting packages and financial control documentation.
• Partner with leadership on revenue forecasting and validation efforts.
• Proactively identify risks, discrepancies, and gaps in processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and revenue recognition standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations.
• Direct experience with revenue tracking, WIP management, billing processes, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, billing).
• Experience in SOX-controlled environments and knowledge of internal controls is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) is a plus.
