Client Finance Coordinator – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for comprehensive revenue tracking for designated clients or business units.

• Ensure that revenue is recorded accurately and is in compliance with contracts and purchase orders.

• Reconcile revenue information to ensure completeness and uphold financial integrity.

• Oversee work in progress, pinpoint unbilled tasks, and manage outstanding balances.

• Collaborate with the billing and operations teams to guarantee timely invoicing.

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing by providing audit-ready financial data.

• Maintain and enhance revenue tracking tools and processes.

• Create reporting packages and financial control documents.

• Work together with leadership on revenue forecasting and validation efforts.

• Proactively identify risks, discrepancies, and gaps in processes.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and revenue recognition standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations.

• Practical experience with revenue tracking, management of work in progress, billing, and financial reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in dynamic environments.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, billing).

• Experience in SOX-controlled environments and knowledge of internal controls is advantageous.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential.

• Experience with ERP systems (such as Maconomy) is a plus.
