This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute non-licensed administrative responsibilities for real estate agents. Monitor and manage contractual dates and deadlines, ensuring that transactions are finalized in a timely, efficient, and precise manner.

• Work closely with the agent services department, agents, and other third parties to confirm that all necessary documentation has been collected for compliance within the transaction file in the correct systems.

• Arrange all transaction details within applicable systems while continuously updating the agent, client, and third parties.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all deal stakeholders, including agents and their clients, throughout the closing process, which involves gathering documentation or information required for a clear-to-close status.

• Take ownership of the complete end-to-end transaction processing by entering transaction-related expenses, ensuring the accuracy of details, preparing commission invoices, calculating and finalizing commission payments, and proactively addressing discrepancies to guarantee timely and precise agent payouts.

• Consistently update and manage communications with all parties involved in the transaction.

• Emphasize service to the agent and all parties with a positive and engaging demeanor to foster a seamless experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination is required.

• Experience in conveyancing is highly preferred.
