This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assisting clients with inquiries related to travel, including bookings and reservations.
• Delivering prompt, friendly, and professional responses through phone, email, or text.
• Managing requests for scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
• Ensuring that every client interaction results in a positive and memorable experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependable, organized, and self-driven.
• Proficient in using a computer or smartphone.
• A positive outlook and a client-centric approach.
• No prior experience necessary; we provide training for the right candidates!
