This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Responding to customer inquiries over the phone
• Capturing incoming leads effectively
• Processing orders from customers
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments
• Enjoying the convenience of working from home
• Managing inbound calls and relaying messages to clients in a dynamic setting
• Utilizing a computer throughout your shift
• Committing to a regular 40-hour work week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new concepts
• A strong passion for customer service, delivering a warm and positive demeanor in all interactions
• People-oriented, approachable, and possesses good listening skills
• Reliable and punctual, consistently showing up as expected
• Proficient computer skills, including typing abilities
• Capability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Willingness to participate in an introductory learning and development phase and achieve satisfactory results
