This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Growth: Propel revenue growth by introducing and marketing additional Phigenics services to current client accounts.
• Proposal Generation: Engage in client discovery calls and present proposals for new services to existing customers.
• Strategic Planning: Recognize opportunities within accounts and develop strategies to take advantage of them.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of building water systems, infrastructure, regulations, and water chemistry.
• Differentiate: Articulate the unique benefits of Phigenics services across various accounts.
• CRM Utilization: Ensure precise customer data management in the CRM and respond swiftly to client requirements.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with Account Managers, technical teams, and other internal stakeholders to provide seamless client experiences.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position Phigenics.
• Performance Tracking: Track sales metrics and account growth, offering regular updates and forecasts to leadership.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1–5 years of professional sales experience in healthcare; experience with water-related engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE 188, CMS Legionella requirements, and associated water safety standards is a plus.
• Capability to calculate ROI.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in presentations and facilitation.
• Self-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Dedication to professional ethics.
• Flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and HubSpot.
• Travel to client locations within the region is required.
• Responsibilities include leading sales-related meetings.
• Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
• Professional attire (coat and tie or equivalent) is expected; PPE may be required based on site conditions.
• Physical activities may include walking, climbing stairs, or using ladders.
