This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding Argano's Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications sector within the Microsoft Business Unit.
• Cultivate and enhance a qualified sales pipeline through focused business development and management of executive relationships.
• Spearhead intricate sales initiatives centered around business transformation, digital innovation, and outcomes related to platform modernization.
• Present the complete Microsoft stack, with a focus on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work.
• Engage TMT clients by providing insights into industry priorities, including customer engagement, content and product innovation, data-driven operations, cybersecurity, and large-scale transformation.
• Collaborate with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to develop account strategies and proposals.
• Lead discussions at the executive level, manage commercial negotiations, and drive deal progression to closure.
• Achieve or surpass assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional sales experience in selling complex business and technology services.
• Proven track record of success in selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers within Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to surpass targets in enterprise, consultative sales settings.
• Experience in selling Microsoft solutions, particularly in AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform offerings.
• Strong discipline in CRM, pipeline management, and account planning.
