Client Executive Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding Argano's Healthcare and Life Sciences division within the Microsoft Business Unit.

• Create and nurture a qualified sales pipeline through focused business development and management of executive relationships.

• Champion intricate sales initiatives that prioritize business transformation, digital innovation, and operational modernization results.

• Present the complete Microsoft suite, placing particular emphasis on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work.

• Connect with healthcare and life sciences clients, providing insights into industry priorities such as patient and member experience, clinical and operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity, and innovation.

• Work collaboratively with internal leaders, solution teams, and Microsoft partners to define account strategies and proposals.

• Facilitate high-level client discussions, manage commercial negotiations, and oversee deal progression through to closure.

• Achieve or surpass established revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of professional sales experience in selling complex business and technology services.

• Proven track record of success in selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers in Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations.

• Demonstrated capability to exceed targets within enterprise and consultative sales environments.

• Experience in selling Microsoft solutions, particularly in AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platform services.

• Strong skills in CRM, pipeline management, and account planning discipline.
