This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive customer engagement and enhance product adoption for essential Advarra technology solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing user adoption and customer experiences.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure proactive engagement.
• Oversee the support of adoption programs, workshops, and resources available to clients.
• Utilize product usage analytics to pinpoint trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with teams from Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Client Success.
• Identify and foster customer champions to generate success stories.
• Provide valuable insights to Product Management regarding feedback and potential product enhancements.
• Over 8 years of experience in customer success, client engagement, or roles focused on adoption within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trials, including key stakeholder roles and the overall clinical trial technology landscape.
• Excellent strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven focus on measuring engagement and adoption rates.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficient in managing and scaling adoption programs across diverse customer segments.
