This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Senior manager responsible for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts β building multi-layered relationships from everyday users to C-suite executives, and accountable for retention, overall health, and long-term growth of partnerships.
β’ Enhance value realization for the customer β collaboratively establish success metrics, promote the adoption of the entire Complexio platform (including Event Knowledge Graph, Context Broker, Stevie, and Enterprise Automator) based on specific use cases, and ensure a customer-signed value narrative is updated every QBR.
β’ Manage account health and ensure timely renewals β monitor leading indicators, implement structured recovery plans for at-risk accounts, and approach each renewal as earned through delivered outcomes.
β’ Oversee account revenue across renewals, upsells, and cross-sells β responsible for retained ARR and Net Revenue Retention; capable of managing renewal and expansion cycles comprehensively, including procurement, legal, and contracting processes.
β’ Serve as the technical intermediary between the customer and Complexio's Product/Engineering teams β engage in credible discussions about architecture, integration, and security with customer CTOs and IT departments without needing to escalate every inquiry, and translate operational requirements into structured Product input.
β’ Act as the voice of the customer within Complexio β provide prioritized, actionable feedback to Product Management regarding effective elements, friction points, and gaps in offerings.
β’ Facilitate executive engagement at the C-suite level β independently represent Complexio, accompany Co-CEOs in strategic meetings, and coordinate internal teams (Solution Engineering, Delivery, Product, Support) around shared account objectives.
β’ Over 7 years in a senior post-sale role β such as Customer Success, Account Management, Client Partner, or similar β managing strategic enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven history of enhancing Net Revenue Retention through documented value delivery.
β’ Strong executive presence and commercial acumen β able to engage with C-suite executives (alongside or in place of Co-CEO leadership), and capable of independently managing renewal and expansion cycles, including procurement and contracting.
β’ Technically proficient without being an engineer β able to bridge communication between customers and Complexio's Product/Engineering teams, hold credible discussions regarding architecture and security, and translate operational needs into structured Product input.
β’ Highly organized and proactive β disciplined enough to manage multiple high-complexity accounts concurrently, composed under pressure, and motivated by environments that are scaling.
β’ Preferred: background in maritime, shipping, energy, or industrial sectors; experience with AI, data platforms, or knowledge graphs; managing enterprise accounts in the $500kβ$5M+ ACV range; ability to adopt a hunter role when necessary.
β’ Senior individual contributor position with significant influence over Complexio's key customer relationships; competitive base salary plus performance incentives linked to retention, value realization, and expansion results; direct access to the Co-CEO and senior leadership team, along with the opportunity to shape Complexio's customer success strategies as the company grows.
