This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee Nexthink's most vital and intricate enterprise relationships.
• Act as the executive representative of Nexthink for a specified portfolio of high-profile accounts.
• Propel renewals and enhance platform usage.
• Foster multi-threaded relationships with CxO-level customers.
• Align Nexthink's offerings with client objectives, including reducing IT expenses, enhancing employee productivity, and safeguarding the digital workplace.
• Cultivate and strengthen connections within assigned accounts, from IT and service desk teams to CIO and C-suite executives.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Promote license growth, professional services engagement, and excellence in renewals.
• Establish the commercial strategy for the portfolio and remain accountable for outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to develop outcome-focused roadmaps that align with business goals.
• Assist customers in realizing tangible value from Nexthink's platform.
• Coordinate internal Nexthink resources across various functions and regions.
• Direct strategy and hold teams responsible for customer success.
• Oversee the global deployment and advancement of assigned accounts.
• Manage resources across regions for consistent and high-impact engagement.
• Take ownership of the book of business and meet targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services.
• Maintain visibility and accountability for the commercial health of the portfolio.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or account leadership.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing multi-million dollar revenue objectives.
• At least 2 years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or similar role managing and expanding large, intricate enterprise accounts.
• Direct experience with IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Digital Employee Experience, or related enterprise software sectors.
• Proven success in engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CHROs, and other C-suite leaders.
• Capability to create a three-year account vision and close deals within the quarter.
• Disciplined management of pipeline and stringent qualification processes.
• Ability to cultivate trusted client relationships.
• Quick adaptability in a rapidly changing market.
• Capacity to lead virtual teams through influence rather than authority.
• A sales-oriented mindset paired with trusted-advisor credibility.
