This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manage Nexthink's most significant and intricate enterprise partnerships.
• Act as the executive representative of Nexthink for a specific portfolio of high-profile accounts.
• Facilitate renewals and enhance platform usage.
• Establish multi-threaded relationships with CxO-level clients.
• Align Nexthink's offerings with client objectives, such as reducing IT expenditures, boosting employee efficiency, and safeguarding the digital workspace.
• Cultivate and strengthen connections across assigned accounts, engaging with IT and service desk teams, as well as CIOs and C-suite executives.
• Formulate and implement strategic account strategies.
• Promote license growth, professional service uptake, and excellence in renewals.
• Define the commercial trajectory and maintain responsibility for portfolio outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to develop outcome-focused roadmaps that align with their business goals.
• Coordinate internal Nexthink resources across various functions and geographical locations.
• Direct strategy and ensure teams are held accountable for customer satisfaction.
• Oversee global deployment and growth of assigned accounts.
• Synchronize resources across regions for consistent and impactful engagement.
• Manage the business portfolio and meet targets related to licenses, renewals, and professional services.
• Uphold accountability for the financial health of the portfolio.
• More than 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or account leadership.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing multi-million dollar revenue goals.
• At least 2 years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or similar role overseeing and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Digital Employee Experience, or related enterprise software sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CHROs, and other C-suite executives.
• Capability to create a three-year account vision while achieving quarterly goals.
• Strong pipeline management skills and thorough qualification processes.
• Proficient in leading virtual teams through influence rather than authority.
