This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in Client Delivery and Research efforts.
• Perform online research to aid ongoing client engagements in healthcare, government programs, and other regulated sectors.
• Examine publicly accessible plan documents, benefit details, and associated paperwork.
• Aid in the population and upkeep of organized research tools, such as benefit comparison grids.
• Detect variations, trends, and themes across gathered information with assistance from Limetree team members.
• Present findings in a clear and structured manner for internal review and potential client presentation.
• Create Client-Ready Materials.
• Compose and arrange materials that facilitate client delivery, including research summaries, comparison tables, meeting documents, and working papers.
• Ensure that materials are clear, comprehensive, and well-organized prior to internal or client-facing reviews.
• Conduct quality checks by reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Assist in converting research and raw data into practical formats for strategy, account management, or client delivery teams.
• Gain Experience Across Cross-Functional Teams.
• Engage in internal meetings and collaborative sessions to understand how Limetree executes work across account management, strategy, behavioral science, data, digital marketing, and creative functions.
• Help document key insights, next steps, and outstanding questions from internal discussions.
• Learn how behavioral science, data science, and marketing strategies converge to enhance client outcomes.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams with research, documentation, and organizational requirements as opportunities arise.
• Currently enrolled graduate student, such as an MPH, MBA, MHA, PhD, or a related program, with an interest in healthcare, consulting, marketing strategy, behavioral science, or client services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent research, writing, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, inquisitive, and proactive, with the ability to pose insightful questions and collaborate effectively.
• Comfortable working with online research, spreadsheets, and structured documentation.
• Capable of managing assigned tasks, tracking details, and clearly communicating progress or inquiries.
• Experience in conducting research, organizing information, and summarizing findings in a clear and structured format.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, and written materials.
• Interest in healthcare, government programs, public health, or other regulated sectors.
• Enthusiasm for how behavioral science, data, and marketing strategy can enhance client outcomes.
• Previous exposure to marketing, consulting, healthcare, public health, or agency work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior coursework, internships, projects, or work experience in healthcare, public health, consulting, marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
