This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Manage one of the largest client accounts in major US sports.

• Propel the account forward by overseeing projects and setting priorities.

• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and delivery teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

• Address incidents and escalations with composure.

• Utilize tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours with stable internet access.
