This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in Client Delivery and Research efforts.
• Perform online research to support ongoing client projects in healthcare, government initiatives, and other regulated sectors.
• Analyze publicly accessible plan documents, benefit details, and related materials.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of structured research tools, such as benefit comparison grids.
• Recognize differences, patterns, and themes within researched data with assistance from Limetree team members.
• Present findings in a clear and organized manner for internal evaluations and potential client-facing purposes.
• Create Client-Ready Materials.
• Compose and arrange materials that facilitate client delivery, including research summaries, comparison charts, meeting documents, and working papers.
• Ensure that materials are clear, comprehensive, and well-organized prior to internal or client review.
• Conduct quality checks by verifying information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Assist in transforming research and raw data into usable formats for strategy, account management, or client delivery teams.
• Gain Insights Across Cross-Functional Teams.
• Engage in internal meetings and working sessions to understand how Limetree executes work across account management, strategy, behavioral science, data, digital marketing, and creative disciplines.
• Help document key takeaways, next steps, and outstanding questions from internal discussions.
• Understand how behavioral science, data science, and marketing strategy collaborate to enhance client outcomes.
• Support cross-functional teams with research, documentation, and organizational needs as opportunities arise.
• Currently enrolled, soon-to-graduate, or recently graduated master's student, such as an MPH, MBA, MHA, or related program, interested in healthcare, consulting, marketing strategy, behavioral science, or client services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent research, writing, and organizational abilities, with a knack for synthesizing information clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, capable of asking insightful questions and collaborating effectively.
• Comfortable with online research, spreadsheets, and structured documentation.
• Capable of managing assigned tasks, tracking details, and communicating progress or inquiries clearly.
• Experience in conducting research, organizing information, and summarizing findings in a clear, structured format.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, and written materials.
• Interest in healthcare, government programs, public health, or other regulated industries.
• Passion for understanding how behavioral science, data, and marketing strategy can enhance client outcomes.
• Previous exposure to marketing, consulting, healthcare, public health, or agency work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior coursework, internships, projects, or work experience in healthcare, public health, consulting, marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
