This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates the effective execution of diverse and intricate debit and/or credit projects for financial institutions by performing various technical tasks and conducting quality assessments.
• Lead client consultations to gather business and technical requirements.
• Integrate requirements into the comprehensive project plan.
• Manage complex, high-profile client projects and take on the technical leadership role for these assignments.
• Engage with clients to discuss specifications for intricate projects.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to explore project options.
• Execute Gap Analysis to determine system setup requirements.
• Offer consulting and recommendations to clients on the optimal approach to fulfill their business requirements for the assigned implementations.
• Grasp client business needs and facilitate communication between technical teams at both client and vendor locations.
• Map technical data files across different systems.
• Partner with client personnel and vendors to carry out the project plan, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and punctually.
• Identify and report unresolved issues to the designated project manager and assist in their resolution.
• Ensure quality throughout the implementation process.
• Communicate technical specifications and requirements of implementations with third-party vendors and the internal Project Support Team.
• Validate system parameters and perform testing; adjust program parameters as necessary.
• Provide technical support to clients during the design, development, and implementation phases of the project.
• Offer extended hour support following project implementation.
• Adhere to change control and appropriate change management protocols.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and internal business partners/project team members.
• Assist in identifying enhancements to established processes within the department.
• Contribute to the training and mentorship of less experienced Analysts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Training in Six Sigma Methodology and project management certification is preferred.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in the payment processing industry is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes is essential.
• Five (5) years of experience in business or system analysis is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in client-facing project support is mandatory.
• Proven experience in completing card processing conversions that involve migrating data from one processing platform to another is needed.
