Client Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently determine how to extract necessary data from extensive data sets and produce ad hoc analyses that offer clear insights.

• Utilize historical claims data to deliver reports that facilitate assessment and risk management.

• Aid in the preparation of deliverables for operational teams that enhance a member’s transition experience to SmithRx.

• Ensure high-quality, “client-ready” deliverables through a thorough audit/evaluation process and personal accountability.

• Conduct in-depth analyses and investigations into large datasets, providing clear insights based on findings.

• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners via email, Slack, phone, video call, and other channels.

• Provide ad hoc analyses to demonstrate other potential impacts of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience.

• Experience in the software, employee benefits, and healthcare industries is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities – capable of working with data to derive key insights.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to collaborate positively and constructively with teammates and partners, even in a high-pressure, fast-paced business environment.
