Client Data Specialist, Services and Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Ingesting and processing data from portfolio companies.

• Extracting, transforming, and structuring raw data into organized formats.

• Ensuring data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documentation.

• Collaborating with Customer Success and Product Support teams across functions.

• Managing internal AI agent workflows with accountability.

• Testing, assessing, and enhancing prompt structures and automation protocols.

• Partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to expand AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with financial and operational data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong skills in data manipulation and proficiency in software applications (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Self-motivated individual with dependability who excels in a remote, fast-paced setting.

• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (additional advantage).

• Knowledge of portfolio company reporting and KPI metrics (additional advantage).

• Familiarity with AI tools, including prompt engineering (additional advantage).
