This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Enhancing Customer Service and Client Relationships by delivering the utmost level of professionalism.
• Prioritize email communications by carefully assessing and understanding clients' requirements.
• Gather all essential information to ensure endorsements are processed accurately.
• Handle payment processing and offer clear explanations for insured's billing inquiries.
• Accurately document and process policy cancellations.
• Conduct policy evaluations with clients to ensure underwriting accuracy and identify potential savings.
• Discuss company recommendations with insureds for compliance with carrier guidelines.
• Navigate the agency management system while adhering to established workflows.
• Keep client files current by attaching relevant documentation and generating proofs of insurance.
• Active P&C Producer license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Self-driven with a passion for expanding insurance expertise.
• Strong skills in organization, time management, and prioritization.
• Demonstrated work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License.
• Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.
