Client Accountant, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding accounting assistance, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Oversee complete accounting processes, which include accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR functions.

• Recognize opportunities to improve clients' financial well-being.

• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate closely with your manager and colleagues to share knowledge, balance workloads, and adhere to deadlines.

• Engage in continuous training and team meetings to promote innovation and professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Over 7 years of comprehensive accounting experience, including month-end closing.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required; certification is preferred.

• Experience with Sage Intacct is highly desirable.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools.

• A dedicated workspace and dependable high-speed internet connection.

• Bilingual - English/Spanish.
