This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for pharmaceutical clients in support of HUB programs.
• Develop and sustain robust, consultative relationships with clients.
• Facilitate client meetings, performance evaluations, and strategic conversations.
• Supervise program execution, ensuring it aligns with client goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Evaluate performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
• Manage program finances, encompassing budgets, invoicing, and profit & loss tracking.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for program enhancement.
• Assist with contract management, renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and client standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in patient access services, pharmaceutical hub services, healthcare account or project management, or a related regulated healthcare environment (3–5 years minimum considered with strong relevant experience).
• Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement, prior authorization, and patient assistance programs.
• Experience in supporting or managing call center-based programs or service delivery models is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate client relationships and multi-workstream programs in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/CLS is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
