Claude Code Specialist, AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows utilizing Claude Code and the Anthropic API.

• Craft and refine prompts for applications in sales, operations, content creation, and client interactions.

• Create context-aware, multi-turn AI systems that seamlessly integrate with existing business tools.

• Continuously evaluate, iterate, and enhance AI outputs for precision, tone, and overall performance.

• Construct and oversee intricate automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make (Integromat).

• Design, customize, and sustain GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, pipelines, triggers, and automations.

• Connect third-party tools and APIs, including CRMs, calendaring systems, email, messaging platforms, and databases.

• Develop and manage webhooks, REST API connections, and data transformation processes.

• Diagnose issues with automations, pinpoint bottlenecks, and enhance system reliability.

• Analyze existing manual processes and create AI- or automation-driven alternatives.

• Work collaboratively with founders and operations leaders to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Clearly document all workflows, system architecture, and integration processes.

• Stay updated on AI tools, LLM advancements, and automation platforms, while proactively suggesting enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Claude (Anthropic), specifically Claude Code, Claude API, and prompt chaining.

• Excellent prompt engineering abilities across Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or comparable LLMs.

• Background in developing agentic AI workflows (multi-step, tool-use, memory, or RAG-based).

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Proficient in n8n, including complex branching logic and custom nodes.

• Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL), covering automations, workflows, sub-accounts, and API access.

• Experience with Zapier and/or Make for cross-platform automation solutions.

• Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth flows.

• Technical proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for scripting and API interactions.

• Experience with databases like Airtable, Notion, or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for managing code and prompt libraries.

• Highly self-driven and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented with an ability to identify edge cases and potential failure points.

• Quick learner who stays abreast of the swiftly changing AI landscape.
