This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Deliver prompt and customer-oriented support to policyholders reporting insurance claims.
β’ Record initial loss details and activities to guarantee timely and service-focused call resolutions.
β’ Evaluate whether immediate adjuster attention is necessary based on established protocols and coordinate with vendors as needed.
β’ Review call reports to ensure proper termination of calls, then submit accurate and complete documentation as required.
β’ Offer top-tier personalized customer service.
β’ Organize the dispatch of adjusters or vendor partners when necessary.
β’ Address and respond to branch inquiries and direct them to the appropriate area.
β’ Maintain a database of service lapses for root cause analysis, report trends, and provide recommendations to management.
β’ Assess claim information to determine the appropriate next steps for processing in accordance with client guidelines and service agreements.
β’ A post-secondary education is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administration is essential.
β’ Familiarity with the insurance/service industry or related experience is preferred.
β’ Proficient computer and telephone skills with a willingness and ability to learn.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Attention to detail is crucial.
β’ A team player with a solid commitment to quality and customer service.
β’ Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
β’ Good judgment; capable of managing challenging customer situations, responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting feedback for service improvement, and addressing requests for service or assistance.
