Claims Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Proactively oversee, monitor, and process an ongoing portfolio of over 200 to 250 intricate and complex claims following initial training.

• Manage a consistent daily volume of 50 to 80 inbound and outbound phone interactions with businesses, insurance companies, and individual claimants.

• Investigate and assess auto/property damage claims to accurately determine coverage, loss, liability, and settlement amounts.

• Ensure complete accuracy through real-time data entry updates and clear documentation in proprietary claims databases and tracking systems.

• Adhere to compliance with daily shift scheduling, operational file timelines, and essential volume performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with businesses, insurance carriers, and individual claimants to facilitate precise tracking and resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, data-rich desk transactional software queues, such as Billing, Fintech, Claims, or high-volume call centers.

• Committed, long-term individual contributor career path orientation.

• Comfortable working in a stationary desk setting with structured performance monitoring.

• Background or training in detail-oriented compliance industries such as Medical Billing, Coding, CNA, or corporate collections/fintech support is highly preferred.

• A quiet, dedicated home workspace is required.

• A secure, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is essential.

• Ability to effectively manage difficult callers.

• Capability to handle high transaction volumes and adhere to structured performance metrics.
