Claims Management Specialist, Claims Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage claims independently — from cost estimates through to invoicing — and compute reimbursements utilizing our software.

• You collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who challenge, support, and motivate you.

• You assist in optimizing and automating our claims-handling processes, contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

• You provide support to our customer service team with claims-related inquiries, directly impacting customer satisfaction.

• Besides managing claims, you will engage in cross-functional tasks, such as making phone calls to customers.

• Together with the team, you will meet daily and monthly targets, focusing on structure, teamwork, and commitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in claims processing or billing is preferred — ideally within a dental or insurance context.

• A confident and friendly demeanor with clear and empathetic communication skills.

• A structured, independent working style with effective time management abilities.

• Proficient use of digital tools — you are familiar with MS Office and modern software solutions.

• Excellent German language skills (at least C1); English is not mandatory but beneficial in our international setting.
