Claims Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a claims specialist for various Lloyd's accounts, delivering timely, equitable, and exceptional claims service to clients.

• Manage intricate liability claims.

• Supervise independent adjusters and provide guidance throughout their investigations.

• Resolve claims directly with claimants or their representatives.

• Administer claim payments and settlements utilizing trust accounts.

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma or a blend of education and relevant experience in a similar organization.

• The candidate must possess an AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license for the province of Quebec.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing liability claims.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Experience with claims involving Lloyd's underwriters is considered an asset.
