Team Manager – Insurance Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, coaching, constructive feedback, process enhancement, performance oversight, and client management to support our insurance sales initiatives.

• Propel team performance, address outliers, mentor agents, and monitor call activities.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead sales agents as they assist customers.

• Collaborate with other management team members to identify trends and set objectives.

• Ensure team members are meeting expected service levels and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Generate reports and analyze data to enhance processes, ensure optimal resource allocation, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Commit to ongoing improvement through feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License or a Personal Lines License is mandatory.

• No previous disciplinary actions with state insurance regulators.

• Expertise in managing and distributing lead lists (e.g., internet leads, cross-sell lists) to optimize the team's contact rate.

• At least 3 years of proven success as an insurance producer, ideally within an Allstate Exclusive Agency or an independent agency managing captive-style metrics.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in managing a sales team, conducting daily huddles, or serving as a senior mentor/producer.

• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume outbound environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of transitioning a standard auto or home quote into discussions about life insurance or umbrella policies.

• Ability to shadow live calls, review recorded conversations, and provide real-time, constructive feedback on dynamic 'talk paths' and objection handling.

• Proficiency in identifying leads that are stuck in the pipeline and coaching agents on techniques to re-engage prospects.
