📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy for innovative health solutions centered around lifestyle.

• Serve as a proactive strategic product leader and team manager.

• Responsible for cultivating a high-performing team while directly overseeing product strategy and execution.

• Convert enterprise goals into scalable, market-ready health solutions that enhance growth, retention, and long-term portfolio impact.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Insurance Product Innovation and Development.

• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to create culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate health solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• Over 12 years of experience in health insurance, product strategy (focusing on ACA and QHP), and insurance product development.

• More than 6 years of leadership experience managing multi-level teams.

• Proficiency in ACA individual and small group QHP markets.

• Proven track record of ownership over end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle execution.

• Experience in launching new insurance products, establishing partnerships, or expanding into new markets.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
